FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Do you carry sizes greater than 12, or smaller than 8?

We only carry sizes as shown on the product page. Buy always e-mail us so we can check with our suppliers.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

On average, it takes 1-2 weeks to receive your order.  Some items are shipped earlier. Please note that business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, and public Holiday's.

3. How can I check my order status?
To check your order status, simply use the 'TRACKING NUMBER' provided via e-mail to you. You can then check you’re tracking status by using the shipping companies URL provided in the email.

4. Can I exchange or return my product after receiving it?
Should you receive the incorrect size, you may return the item within 10 days of receiving it. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item prior to any returns so we can provide the correct instructions on returning the item.

Allsportshoes must be contacted prior to any returns.

Should you receive an item with a defect or damage, you must contact us within 5 days and provide a digital picture of the item received.

Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colors of the shoes are darker/lighter than pictured, shoes had minor color differences from the picture, shoes do not fit (due in part of error by the customer), I would rather have a different shoe.

5. Do you accept credit card payments?
Yes, we accept credit card payments, simply 'add to cart' any item and pay with your credit card.

6. Do you accept PayPal payments?
Yes, we accept PayPal payments, simply 'add to cart' any item and pay with the PayPal option.

7. Do you accept bank payments?
For some countries PayPal will allow to pay by your Bank account, please visit PayPal for more information. 

8. Do you ship to International locations (any country other than USA)?

Yes. We currently ship too most worldwide locations.

9. What does USD stand for?
USD is an abbreviation for United States Dollar; therefore all of our prices are in US dollars. You can use our currency changer to pay in EURO / GBP / AUD.

10. Why are your prices so low?
We are a wholesale company who focuses on online sales only, eliminating overhead costs in operating retail stores. So for this reason our prices are always discounted. We strive to keep our customers happy with everyday low prices.

11. What are the sizes of your shoes?
All of our shoes are in US Men's Size, unless otherwise stated.

12. What is your privacy policy?

Allsportshoes.com will never share customer information with a third party. All order data is securely processed to complete the order and confidentiality is guaranteed. Allsportshoes.com does not have access to any customer payment information. All payment information is securely processed by our Payment Processor and they are prohibited in using your information in any other way but to only charge you for the order.
