  • Allsportshoes.com will never share customer information with a third party. All order data is securely processed to complete the order and confidentiality is guaranteed. Allsportshoes.com does not have access to any customer payment information. All payment information is securely processed by our Payment Processor and they are prohibited in using your information in any other way but to only charge you for the order.

 

      PAYMENT METHODS

  • All prices listed on Allsportshoes.com or quoted by Allsportshoes are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.
  • Allsportshoes accepts the following payment methods:

      SHIPPING & FEES

  • Shipping only $9.95 USD. Buy 2 Pair or spend $100 FREE SHIPPING!
  • All items are shipped via the Post Office EMS(USPS) Express
  • All orders are processed before being shipped. Processing time takes 2-3 business days. Once processing is done, items are shipped; it will take 4-6 days thereafter to get the shipped merchandise. In total, it will take 1-2 weeks to get your merchandise.
  • Items are processed and shipped Monday-Friday excluding holidays
  • Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address, including apartment number if applicable, for delivery. They are responsible for arranging mail forwarding if they are moving, and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate that they will be at home when the package is due to arrive. Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring the receipt of the package, and Allsportshoes will not be responsible for returned orders due in part by customer negligence. 
  • Customers should be aware that delays to their delivery caused by postal delays although rare can occur. Although we cant control postal delays, rest assured your items are Insured against loss/damage.

 

      ORDER TRACKING

  • Upon receipt of your payment, your order will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail in 1-3 business days. If you do not receive any email in 5 business days contact customer support.
  • Customers are responsible in checking their order status via tracking numbers provided by email.

 

      RETURNS & MONEY BACK GUARANTEE’S

  • 100% Customer satisfaction is our first priority. Should you feel unsatisfied with your order or item with-in 30days or receiving it, you are entitled to return the item for a FULL REFUND. You are responsible for returning the item to us in its original condition; if the item is returned faulty or damaged we are unable to honor this policy.

  • Should you receive the incorrect size, you may return the item within 10 days of receiving it. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item prior to any returns so we can provide the correct instructions on returning the item.
     
  • Should you receive an item with a defect or damage, you must contact us within 5 days and provide a digital picture of the item received.

  • Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colors of the shoes are darker/lighter than pictured, shoes had minor color differences from the picture, shoes do not fit (due in part of error by the customer), I would rather have a different shoe.
     
  • Should you wish to return the item for any other reason, please contact us and we may look into it.

      ITEMS & AVAILABILITY

  • All items are subject to availability. In some instances, items may go out of stock right after an order has been placed.  Special discounts and offers are available on a first come first serve basis due to limited available quantity.
  • All the items are in US Men's Size, unless otherwise stated.
  • All shoes are in Brand New in Box condition.
  • Customers may not change style/size after order is processed.
